Hummer




Hummer is a 12 yr old, grade Tennessee Walker and the proud "owner" of our son, Davis.  When he came to us, we didn't know much about his background, but it was pretty obvious that he had not been shown a lot of kindness and affection.  Today, he will not head out to pasture without his daily rub in his favorite spots!  He has a really nice running walk that Davis loves to put to use on the trail.  Most of us just get to admire them from behind in the cloud of dust.  They are a great pair and it is a joy to see the two together.

Gen's Gold Bug, AKA
"Ranger"

Ranger is my new personal trail project.  He is sweet and personable and very eager to please.  As you can see from his "before" picture above he needed lots of weight.  His after picture shows what lots of TLC with good pasture and exercise can do.  The sun bleaches his beautiful golden coat, but it is a small price to pay for a healthy, happy horse. Ranger is a registered TWH and has been an absolute pleasure on the trail and is getting better every day.

Sham's Delightful Jewel AKA
"Macho"

Macho makes me laugh.  Someone should really try to convince him that he is not a dog!   He is a registered, spotted gold cream champagne TWH and another one of my personal projects.  He is very striking with one blue eye and we hope he fills out to be as beautiful as his sire "Splashed with Champagne".  He is extremely friendly, very curious and loves to swim!.  We look forward to watching him grow!

Secret in Command, AKA
"Coors"

Coors is the "owner" of a good friend and stays with us at Anathoth.  He was previously a padded show horse that didn't place higher than second or third.  Fortunately for him, and us, he was not an over acheiver and now enjoys open pastures, bare feet and trail riding in style!  He is always a complete gentleman and a great smooth ride.
